One Step At A Time

We are posting videos twice a month that present exercises to improve your stamina and your flexibility. These can be found on YouTube and are in increments of 5-10 minutes. Each video concentrates on exercises for a specific part of the body so that you can have access to videos to focus on improving a single part or a ballet movement.
